Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and before it has been dispatched. To request cancellation, email info@calmessence.in or call +91-9686923986.

No Returns, Replacements Only

Because our products include consumable and hygienic items, we do not accept returns of opened or used products. We offer replacements only for items that are defective, damaged in transit, or not as described.

How to Request a Replacement

  1. Raise a replacement request within 3 days of delivery by emailing info@calmessence.in with:
    • Your order number
    • Photos showing the defect or damage
    • A brief description of the issue
  2. We will review the evidence and respond within 3 business days.
  3. If we approve the replacement, we will ship a replacement item at no extra cost. If a replacement is not possible, we may, at our discretion, offer a refund according to the refund process below.

Non-Eligible Items for Replacement

  • Products damaged by misuse or mishandling after delivery.
  • Products without original packaging or seal if that makes verification impossible.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5 to 7 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider.

Returns or replacements only apply to products purchased from calmessence.in . If you bought a Calm & Essence product from a third-party seller, please contact that seller directly.

Payment Policy

All payments on Calm & Essence are processed through Razorpay. We accept debit cards, credit cards, UPI, net banking, and other methods supported by Razorpay. Calm & Essence does not store full payment card details. Payments are encrypted and handled by Razorpay.

If a transaction fails but your account was debited, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Refunds are processed by Razorpay and typically take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

Scope

We ship to addresses within India only.

Processing and Dispatch

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days after we confirm payment. During sale periods or festivals, dispatch may take up to 7 business days. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes 2 to 7 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier availability.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout and must be paid before the order is dispatched.

Tracking

After dispatch, we will share tracking details by email or SMS. Use the tracking number with the courier for status updates.

Address Accuracy and Returned Shipments

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If a shipment is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact you to confirm the address and re-ship the order. Additional shipping charges for re-shipment will be billed to the customer.

Delays and Exceptions
